Victor Rezabala
Victor Rezabala founded Parkmont Residential with a vision to build a modern residential real estate firm grounded in thoughtful operations, strong relationships, and long-term stewardship.
His experience includes supporting portfolio-wide leasing strategy across a 6,000+ unit Class A residential portfolio in one of the nation's most competitive markets.
His background includes revenue optimization, occupancy strategy, financial planning, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership spanning finance, operations, marketing, asset management, and development.
Victor is currently pursuing graduate studies at NYU Stern.

Tia Rezabala
Tia Rezabala brings an analytical, community-focused perspective to Parkmont Residential.
Her background includes executive leadership, data analytics, market research, and operational strategy, helping translate complex information into actionable decisions.
She currently serves as an elected trustee for the Jersey City Board of Education and is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Investment at New York University Schack Institute of Real Estate.
